I. Basis: In accordance with Ping Fu Jiao Xue Zi No. 11041514600 dated August 13, 110.

II. Purpose:

(I)To align with the implementation of the 12-year basic education, cultivate students' care for their surrounding environment, embody the spirit of volunteer service learning, and foster a friendly campus atmosphere.

(II)Encourage students to assist elderly individuals aged 40 and above in their families or communities in their willingness to get vaccinated and make appointments, thereby implementing universal epidemic prevention work.

III. Project Period: From July 8, 110 to December 31, 110.

IV. Incentive Conditions:

Students assist elderly individuals aged 40 and above in their families or communities in completing the "Vaccination Intention" or "Vaccination Appointment" registration on the government's COVID-19 public vaccination appointment platform website: https://1922.gov.tw/vas/.

V. Incentive Method:

For every 2 elderly individuals served, the homeroom teacher or a teacher from the Student Affairs Office will register 5 bonus points for the student.

VI. Implementation Method:

Students may participate in this project voluntarily based on their own time and willingness. They must obtain parental consent beforehand and assist while adhering to epidemic prevention measures. Students who successfully help family or community elders register their vaccination intention or make an appointment on the government's COVID-19 public vaccination appointment platform must apply to their homeroom teacher or the school with a "screenshot of the successful registration number or appointment number." (Application form attached).

VII. This project shall be implemented upon approval by the authorities, and amendments shall be made accordingly.
