I. Basis: In accordance with Pingtung County Government Education Department Letter No. 11041514600 dated August 13, 110.
II. Purpose:
( 1) To align with the implementation of the 12-year basic education, cultivate students' care for their surrounding environment, embody the spirit of volunteer service learning, and foster a friendly campus atmosphere.
( 2) Encourage students to assist their families or community members aged 40 and above in their willingness to get vaccinated and make appointments, thereby implementing national epidemic prevention efforts.
III. Project Period: From July 8, 110 to December 31, 110.
IV. Incentive Conditions:
Students assist their families or community members aged 40 and above in completing the "Vaccination Willingness" or "Vaccination Appointment" registration on the government's COVID-19 free vaccine appointment platform at: https://1922.gov.tw/vas/.
V. Incentive Method:
For every 2 elderly individuals served, the homeroom teacher or a teacher from the Student Affairs Office will register 5 incentive points for the student.
VI. Implementation Method:
Students may participate in this project voluntarily based on their own time and willingness. Prior consent from parents should be obtained, and assistance should be provided while adhering to epidemic prevention measures. Students who successfully assist family members or community elders in registering their willingness or making vaccination appointments on the government's COVID-19 free vaccine appointment platform must apply to their homeroom teacher or the school with "screenshots of the successful registration number and appointment number." (Application form attached).
VII. This project shall be implemented upon approval by the authorities, and amendments shall be made accordingly.
