I. Pingtung County's brand performance elite team, "Owl Children's Theater," is organizing the 2026 Little Stars Art Festival. They will collaborate with Bulgarian team "Peter Pan Theater" and Japanese team "GABEZ" from April 4th to April 6th, 115 (Republic of China calendar), during the Children's Day holiday. Performances and workshops will be held for three consecutive days at the Pingtung Performing Arts Center and Owl Theater Gathering. Students interested in theater are welcome to attend and participate.
