To cooperate with the county government's budget allocation for retirement pensions in 2022, colleagues who intend to apply for retirement within 2022 are requested to verify their relevant years of service, fill out this survey form (as attached), and submit it directly to the Personnel Office for processing before May 7, 2021. Those who meet the voluntary retirement regulations and fail to submit the form by the deadline will be deemed as unwilling to retire.
